A decent option for a quick car wash on most days. If you purchase an interior wash you get a rain check rewash in the even of rain within 24 hours of your initial wash.
Not bad. Can't clean windows worth a lick. Would like to see a rewards program for discounts on car washes.
Always pleased with the service and with the work. Hand washing is best but in a pinch here is where I go.
Brought my car to the Midlothian Tnpk Carpool yesterday and got the $41 package telling them that I have to tote my company VP around tomorrow so the inside was more my desired focus than the outside. Even if that wasn't the case, what I received back was worse than if I had just done it myself. In fact, I took my vacuum back over the floor mats today and they were exponentially better. Once the sun came out yesterday I noticed it shining on my passenger door panel and it was completely dusted with pollen...door panel cleaning was part of the $41 package not the $31, clearly there's no reason for the additional charge. The backseat wasn't even touched. While I was there a man demanded a refund because there was still sand all in his car, and after the manager saw it, issued the refund. Clearly there was an issue and I should have realized then mine was going to be equally as mishandled. The reason I am paying someone to do this is to do a better, more thorough job than I can or have time for. For $41 I absolutely should not have to take time to go back over it and do a more thorough job, nor write a bad review. I'm not even a review writer, but this result deemed it necessary.
They are efficient and do a good job. If you ask them to care for something that was missed or you want done better they are happy to assist. It does take a little more time and cost more that automated wash racks but when you have a problem at one of them good luck!
