Went there for the first time on a Friday night. The scene definitely took me back to the mid 90's from the patrons that were there. Not a bad spot to hang and chill out at. Crowd seemed to be grown and sexy and drinks were under $5 can't beat that! Overall not the best place I've been to but decent for RVA.

Make sure you dress like its 1992 if you want to get in here. The dress code is simple - but dated, and they're strict. Collared shirts that MUST BE TUCKED IN AT ALL TIMES. They also have a sign about "no gang colors". Really? The average age of the clientele is 47.
It seems the owner watched a VHS from the mid 90s about "how to run a club" and hasn't updated since.
This is really the place to party.
I know they cater to a certain age group, but It's scary when you're in your mid 30s and feel like jailbait at a club and have to frump yourself up just to get by the "bouncers" who demand $10 for some mega-local cover band.
Especially on Tuesday and Thursday nights when the Richmond Shag Club turn the place into a Beach Music venue. Nice wood dance floor, non-smoking on the inside. Great crowd and great fun!
I've attended the Night club on Friday & Saturday. Normally Friday is free admission. And if there's a LIVE band on Saturday there's a $10 fee. Sounds like a lot, but it's truly worth it. Everyone that comes to this club is coming to have a good time...the vibe you receive while there is positive. No drama, No mess, just pure fun.
The club also offers live music from week to week so check 'em out!
This place is kind of cheesy. Definitely a hotel bar/dance club.
I have a BLAST every time i go to Vision Night Club. I've attended karaoke on Wednesdays. ..it's SUPER FUN! I can sing, but i don't sound good. Lol! It's all about having a great time. Everyone is welcoming.
